Holiday Party Catering in Oklahoma City: Make It Easy With a Charcuterie Cart

Holiday parties should be fun. Somehow, though, the person planning the office party usually ends up juggling the venue, food, drinks, decorations, dietary restrictions, setup, cleanup, and approximately fourteen emails asking what time everyone is supposed to be there.

The food part, at least, can be easy.

The Cheese Booth brings a mobile charcuterie experience directly to holiday parties, corporate gatherings, client events, team celebrations, and end-of-year get-togethers throughout the Oklahoma City area.

A Holiday Party Option That Doesn't Feel Like Another Catered Lunch

There’s absolutely a time for trays of sandwiches and pans of pasta.

But when you’re planning a holiday party, you probably want it to feel a little more special than lunch in the conference room.

Our charcuterie cart gives guests something they can enjoy while they mingle. Depending on the package you choose, guests can build their own selections or have one of our attendants create a charcuterie cup for them with a mix of meats, cheeses, fruits, crackers, nuts, jams, honey, and seasonal accompaniments.

It works especially well for:

  • Company holiday parties

  • Client appreciation events

  • Office open houses

  • Cocktail hours

  • Employee appreciation events

  • Networking events

  • Grand openings

  • Small team celebrations

  • Large corporate gatherings

Full Service or Self Serve

Not every company party needs the same setup.

For larger events, our full-service cart includes an attendant who serves guests throughout the event. It's an interactive option that works beautifully for cocktail-style parties where people are moving around, visiting, and grabbing food throughout the evening.

For smaller office gatherings, our Micro-Event Package gives you the cart without needing an attendant. We arrive before your event, set everything up, and leave it ready for your team to enjoy. After the event, we come back and take care of pickup and cleanup.

That means your staff isn't arranging trays, running to the grocery store at the last minute, or figuring out what to do with serving dishes afterward.

We Bring the Setup Too

One of our favorite things about the cart is that the food becomes part of the event setup.

Instead of dropping off a stack of catering boxes, we bring in the cart, arrange the food, provide the serving pieces and disposable cups or plates needed for your package, and make sure everything is ready before your guests arrive.

Menus are curated for the event and can include classic charcuterie favorites as well as seasonal additions.

Holiday menus might include things like aged cheeses, savory meats, rosemary chicken, dried fruits, nuts, seasonal jams, honey, festive sweets, and plenty of crackers.

We can also talk through allergies and dietary needs while we're planning your menu.

Easy for the Person Planning It

We know that corporate events often get handed to someone who already has an actual job to do.

Our goal is to make our part of the event very straightforward.

Once your date is booked, we'll confirm your guest count, timing, location, menu preferences, and any dietary considerations. We handle the food, cart, setup, serving pieces, and breakdown based on the package you've selected.

You get to cross one big thing off your list.

Holiday Dates Fill Quickly

November and December are some of the busiest months for company events, and popular Thursday, Friday, and Saturday dates can fill especially quickly.

If you're planning a holiday party, client appreciation event, or end-of-year celebration in the Oklahoma City area, we'd love to help you put together something that works for your group.

The Cheese Booth offers options for both intimate office gatherings and larger corporate events, with menus and service styles that can be customized around what you're planning.
